Events Schedule
This easy-to-use Events Schedule can be used to promote activities at your business, or regional and community events. Features include: automatic purge of outdated information; Secure administration with ability to add, alter or delete messages.

Opt-in E-mail Marketing & Visitor Address Collection:
Give your Web visitors the opportunity to subscribe to an opt-in e-mail marketing program based on their personal interests. Regular newsletters or one-time E-mail marketing pieces can be created and sent to the subscribers. E-mail can be personalized with individual names. Send to all or only to those according to their expressed interests. Collect subscribers automatically from the Web site or enter them manually from telephone inquiries. Create postal mailing lists from the collected data.

Information Request System:
Minimize the effort involved in answering requests for information from your Web site visitors by providing electronic documents, including but not limited to Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc), or Rich Text (.rtf), that can be downloaded, read on-line or requested and sent by e-mail.

Press Gallery
Give media outlets the tools they need to promote your business. The Press Gallery allows you to create and post Press Releases. An archive is automatically created for past releases. Plus, images (photos and logos) can be made available for download in print quality and web quality. Plus travel trade materials, such as itineraries, tour bus narration and maps can also be uploaded and made available for distribution.

Multiple Administrators & Security Assignment
While your system is configured to allow access only to the authorized administrator, this module allows you to define additional authorized users to administer the site. Also, administrative access to key sections or pages can be granted to associates or partnering organizations. I.e.: Tourist Info Booth, Chambers of Commerce, etc. Assign which sites, sections and pages that each user has the authority to edit. This feature protects the security of the web pages from accidental or intentional changes by unauthorized persons within your organization or other site administrators.

Contact Management System
Keep in touch with clients and contacts with this web-based Contact Management System. Create a listing for each client, employee, business contact or supplier. Create individual e-mail or multiple individualized e-mail to all contacts, or target only those according to specific categories or status (which you can define).

Multiple Property Listings & Tourism Database
Designed specifically for tourism marketing groups and operators of multiple properties, this powerful module enables you to dynamically create and display colorful templated database-driven listings for multiple tourism operators or properties. Web site visitors can browse listings according to location, business type, recreational interest, amenities etc.

Secure, user friendly, capable of handling a complex and growing catalog of listings, the Tourism Database can be customized to meet your specific needs. Listings, categories, sub-categories and items can be added, changed or deleted.

Create a database entry for each tourism operator. Tourism Website Builder will then create and display a colorful listing on your Web site based on the information in the database. Listings are complete with photos, contact info, services offered and active e-mail and Web links. All listings are created from a common design template.

Assign each listing to an unlimited number of database categories. These categories determine in which section of your Web site the listing will appear, and are also used to return matches on visitors' searches. Categories can include location, accommodations, tour operators, activities, arts & culture, attractions and events, etc. Add sub-categories that can further define the viewers searches. I.e.: type of accommodations, setting, amenities offered, seasons of operation, price, etc. Each sub-category can be assigned specific items. I.e.: an 'Amenities' sub-category could contain such items as room service, pool, cooking facilities, cable TV, etc. Visitors can search by selecting the desired items, or by keywords.

This module comes pre-configured with the most common categories, sub-categories and items for the tourism industry, but can be easily edited or reconfigured using Tourism Website Builder.

Multiple Web Sites
Manage multiple Web sites, each with it's own unique Web address. Manage both public and password protected private sites. These might include public sites for tourism and economic development and private sites for clients, suppliers and associates or a secure Intranet for employees. These sites are administered through the same admin area and share common tools. Prices are based on the number of sites managed. The Platinum Edition comes ready to manage two sites. A license to activate more sites can be purchased at any time if required.

My Portfolio
This add-on to the Multiple Properties Tourism Database enables visitors to create their own private portfolios and save their favorite listings to their portfolio for viewing later. My Portfolio also allows visitors to e-mail their favorite listings to their friends. A great trip planning feature!

Corporate Communication System
This add-on to the Contact Management System turns your Tourism Website Builder into an integrated Private Messaging and Corporate Communication System. Use this powerful module as a private internal communication system for staff and for external information distribution to clients, suppliers, associates and other agencies.

Private system eliminates e-mail SPAM.

Create a listing for each client, employee, business contact or supplier. Designated persons may be given individual usernames and passwords that will allow them to log in and see any documents, private messages, web mail, web pages or information that is intended exclusively for them. They may also be allowed to access and update all, or specific portions of their listing information. Contact data can be exported for mail merges & address labels.

Multi-Tier Listings
This add-on to the Multiple Properties Tourism Database was designed specifically for organizations who wish to offer or sell listings to their members or advertising customers according to a multi-tiered buy-in.

While the Multiple Properties Tourism Database enables you to create a single tier of listings that all share the same design template, this module allows you to create up to three levels of listings, each with unique display characteristics - Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Listings can be designated to display according to the tier of membership buy-in. I.e.: A Gold listing will display more information and photos than a Silver. A Bronze listing displays less info and features.

Membership/Customer Management
This add-on module lets you turn your Multiple Properties Tourism Database (single or multiple tiers) into a powerful system for managing the sale and renewal of the members/customers who have listings on your Web site

Simply designate a renewal date for each member or customer in your database and it will automatically handle renewal reminders. Sixty days in advance of expiration, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to both the member and the site administrator. If not renewed within 30 days another reminder is automatically sent. Upon expiration a final notification is sent and the listing will be suspended from appearing on the Web site This module can be integrated with the optional Contact Management System or the full featured Corporate Communication System, so you can employ advanced e-mail and communication options with your membership.

On-line Membership Application
An add-on to the Multi-Tiered Membership Module that lets you accept membership applications on-line. A dynamic web page will display information on each tier of membership. The prospective member chooses a tier. A form will appear that contains the fields used in the Tourism Database for the selected tier. Certain fields that are used for internal purposes only may be excluded for viewing, at your discretion. Registrants fill in the blanks and then submit the form. The form is immediately entered into the database - saving your staff the work of having to manually enter the information.

You are notified by e-mail when a new membership application or is submitted. New submissions are automatically designated as 'pending'. Once you have approved the memberships simply re-designate them as 'current'. The new registrant will then appear on the Web site and available for e-mail marketing and membership management.

On-line Payment
An on-line payment option can be added to your Membership/Customer Management Module or your On-line Membership Application that will allow applicants to pay for their membership, or renew their membership, by credit card at the time of submission. A secure server will accept the payments and immediately notify you by e-mail that a payment has been received. No sensitive credit card information is sent in the e-mail notification. You retrieve the information securely through Tourism Website Builder so that you may process the credit card.

On-line Surveys
Survey your Web visitors and view the results in real time. Create surveys in the Back Office. Results are tabulated immediately and presented privately in the Back Office or publicly on-line. Features statistical reporting and color graphing.


Hands-on Training:
One of the most popular features of Tourism Website Builder is how easy it is to learn and master. Our professional training staff make it even easier by offering personal instruction by telephone. Your trainer will guide you through hands-on learning and provide handy 'cheat sheets' for remembering the most common tasks. Tele-training has proven to be far more effective than in-person or group training. It places you in front of your own computer and facilitates learning at a relaxed pace. No one is staring over your shoulder. There's no stress. This personal and private approach eliminates the peer pressure of group training. You can ask any question without feeling self-conscious.

While everyone learns at a different speed, each version includes an allotment of training time that is typically sufficient to learn that specific version. However, if required, blocks of additional training time may be purchased at bulk rates. Time can be utilized in multiple sessions or banked for later. The Platinum Edition includes 10 hours of training.

Banners & Display Advertising:
Present advertising banners and display ads on your Web site. Ads are automatically displayed in rotation. Manage the start and end date of each ad campaign. Specify the 'weight' of each campaign by increasing or decreasing the frequency of appearance.

Discussion Board:
The Discussion Board is a threaded forum that can be used for a variety of purposes. Answer questions and comments from Web visitors. Share ideas and experiences between users. Post important community or business events. It can be open to the public or visible only to those Discussion Board "members" registered and/or approved by you.

Electronic Postcards:
The 'Send a Post Card' feature allows visitors to build and send an electronic e-mail post card to their friends. The Electronic Postcard module lets you upload as many as 10 photos to create an assortment of cards. Visitors choose their favorite photo, type in a personal message and the e-mail address of their friend and an e-mail notification will be sent to the recipient advising that an electronic post card is waiting for them. The recipient clicks of a link in the notice and is transferred to the post card via their Web browser.

Screensavers:
Downloadable screensavers are a proven way to build traffic to your Web site. Supply your best photos and we will construct a custom screensaver. Price is based on the number of images and includes scanning and color correcting of supplied images and construction of screensaver application. Visitors to our customers sites have downloaded and installed thousands of screensavers. This is an excellent promotion tool.
