The Standard Edition of Tourism Website Builder includes many of the features most requested by operators of medium sized tourism businesses. Optional Upgrades are also available to further increase the power.

The Standard Edition is offered as a hosted Web site Content Management System. No need for costly additional hardware, software, and technical maintenance typically required by in-house systems.

The Photo Gallery module allows you to create and manage multiple photo galleries. Choose different themes, seasons, regions or activities. Each Gallery can contain multiple pages of photos. Click on thumbnail images for enlarged photos. Add photo captions, descriptions, photo credits and Web links. Change the images as often as you like.

Events Schedule
This easy-to-use Events Schedule can be used to promote activities at your business, or regional and community events. Features include: automatic purge of outdated information; Secure administration with ability to add, alter or delete messages.

Opt-in E-mail Marketing & Visitor Address Collection:
Give your Web visitors the opportunity to subscribe to an opt-in e-mail marketing program based on their personal interests. Regular newsletters or one-time E-mail marketing pieces can be created and sent to the subscribers. E-mail can be personalized with individual names. Send to all or only to those according to their expressed interests. Collect subscribers automatically from the Web site or enter them manually from telephone inquiries. Create postal mailing lists from the collected data.

Information Request System:
Minimize the effort involved in answering requests for information from your Web site visitors by providing electronic documents, including but not limited to Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc), or Rich Text (.rtf), that can be downloaded, read on-line or requested and sent by e-mail.

An on-line form allows visitors to order printed publications that can be sent by post. Also, personalized requests for information that is not readily available on the web site can be submitted on-line. If the viewer includes their e-mail address, an e-mail response is immediately sent thanking them for their request, while you are notified by e-mail of the details of their request. The text of the "thank you" e-mail can be modified at any time.

FAQ Module:

The Web visitor can select from a list of questions and choose to instantly receive the responses on screen or by e-mail.

Web Mail
Web Mail allows you and your employees to collect e-mail with a username and password from anywhere in the world using an Internet connected computer with a standard Web browser. Site Map:
Tourism Website Builder automatically generates a Site Map of the pages and directory structure of your site. Visitors can use this page to quickly view descriptions and links to all the pages in your Web site.

Hands-on Training:
One of the most popular features of Tourism Website Builder is how easy it is to learn and master. Our professional training staff make it even easier by offering personal instruction by telephone. Your trainer will guide you through hands-on learning and provide handy 'cheat sheets' for remembering the most common tasks. Tele-training has proven to be far more effective than in-person or group training. It places you in front of your own computer and facilitates learning at a relaxed pace. No one is staring over your shoulder. There's no stress. This personal and private approach eliminates the peer pressure of group training. You can ask any question without feeling self-conscious.

While everyone learns at a different speed, each version of Tourism Website Builder includes an allotment of training time that is typically sufficient to learn that specific version. However, if required, blocks of additional training time may be purchased at bulk rates. Time can be utilized in multiple sessions or banked for later. The Standard Edition includes 6 hours of training.

Multiple Web Sites:
Manage multiple Web sites, each with it's own unique Web address. Manage both public and password protected private sites. These might include public sites for tourism and economic development and private sites for clients, suppliers and associates or a secure Intranet for employees. These sites are administered through a common admin area and share common tools. Prices are based on the number of sites managed. More sites can be added later if required.

On-line Surveys:
Survey your Web visitors and view the results in real time. Create and post surveys. Results are tabulated immediately and presented privately or publicly on-line. Features statistical reporting and color graphing.

Electronic Postcards:
The 'Send a Post Card' feature allows visitors to build and send an electronic e-mail post card to their friends. The Electronic Postcard module lets you upload as many as 10 photos to create an assortment of cards. Visitors choose their favorite photo, type in a personal message and the e-mail address of their friend and an e-mail notification will be sent to the recipient advising that an electronic post card is waiting for them. The recipient clicks of a link in the notice and is transferred to the post card via their Web browser.

Screensavers:
Downloadable screensavers are a proven way to build traffic to your Web site. Supply your best photos and we will construct a custom screensaver. Price is based on the number of images and includes scanning and color correcting of supplied images and construction of screensaver application. Visitors to our customers sites have downloaded and installed thousands of screensavers. This is an excellent promotion tool.
